Your consultant is Bob Collins, the owner and director of Strategy and Structures Ltd.
Approach
I am strongly results oriented, with a commitment to achieving these results through team-working. I have succeeded with teams that are multi-disciplinary, multicultural, cross organisational levels and where there is a mix of internal and external team members.
As a strategist and consultant my focus is on working as part of a team to influence the tools, techniques and processes used in a project and to help the team make important decisions and commitments.
Experience
Over twenty six years of business experience I have learned tools, techniques and processes to solve problems or aid decision making at all stages of the strategic process; from the specific to the overall process of strategy development and in all sizes of organisation - from being non-executive director of a small start-up company to being Vice President of Strategy and Business Planning in a $700M, 4000 person business.
In recent years the focus has been on transformational change. In particular my focus has been to create a focus on growth and establishing business plans and organisational structure aligned with that growth. In meeting this challenge I have demonstrated expertise in effective strategy development and implementation, leading strategic projects and the importance of flexibility in strategic thinking.
